Payment options


1. Please choose the item, color, size, and quantity of the product youd like to purchase and add them to the cart. Click on the cart icon on the upper right corner to see the details of your chosen items. You may either continue shopping or go to checkout.

 

2. Click on the shopping cart and you will see the details of your chosen items. Please check your order and click on checkout.

 

3. Next youll see shipping and payment choices. After choosing shipping and payment methods, the system will show the shipping fee and the total of this purchase.

 

4. Please follow the instructions for payment and provide information needed to finish the payment process.

 

5. Only adding items to the cart does not complete your purchase. The system will not secure these added items for you.

 

6. Please check once again the style, color, and size of your chosen items before completing the payment, and make sure your mailing information is correct and complete.

 

7. Upon your payment, we will check immediately your order and payment info. Next, we soon ship the products to you. 

 

8. Should you have any questions, please contact us through the icon at the bottom right corner of the website.

Shipping & delivery


1. We will ship the products to you after checking your payment and shipping info. For local shipping in Taiwan, you may choose convenience store pickup or home delivery. For overseas shipping, we will use DHL or EMS international shipping services. For the number of days needed for the delivery, please refer to DHL or EMS’s website.

 

2. Shipping fee depends on the destination country. The fee will be shown in the shipping method section on your checkout page.

 

3. We’ll provide you your order number for you to track the shipping status after giving the products to delivery service providers.

 

 

 

 

Order tracking


1. To check order status, please use your order number. Please pay within two days after you place the order. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled.


2. Should there be any inventory issue, we will inform you and cancel your order in the first place. You’re most welcome to take a look at other items we carry.

Sales & refunds


Thank you for supporting and purchasing wisdom. In order to provide you a great consuming experience, please read the information below. 

 

1.If a product itself is defective, damage in the delivery processor, or does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund within 7 days from the date of product delivered. However, the returned merchandise must be new condition and complete packaging. Regrettably, the original shipping fee is not refundable.

 

2.Following conditions will not be accepted returned:

(1)Personal clothing (underwear, socks, etc.) once opened or used, in addition to the product itself is defective, damaged, based on the health care stance not accept returned .

(2) Arrival of goods, more than more than 7 days and not accept returned 

(3) For returned merchandise stained makeup, dirt, or has been washed 

(4) The merchandise tag has scissors

(5) Invoice is missing

 

3.Other relevant considerations:

(1)To initiate a return, kindly email us at service@wisdom2009.com including your order number, description of the reasons for return. ( ex: Defective products: Please attach photos and text instructions) Attach the pickup address, and retain the integrity of goods, packaging, invoices, gifts, and we will send you instructions to receive your personalized, pre-paid Return Shipping label.

(2) Merchandise returned, please commodity lossless and complete packaging, along with accessories gifts, no missing parts, the shoebox carton not to damage, intact and original packaging when sending ready if the original packing carton is missing, commoditiesbox packaging, do not directly allow merchandise or original carton paste home delivery single or writing a text, the original carton damaged or missing pieces of goods, will not be able to accept returned

 

4.Please note that only products purchased from https://wisdom.waca.ec/ will be accepted for return. We regret that we cannot accept exchanges at this time.

 

5.We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Website; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors or other content available on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
